About

The Northern Alberta Grazing Association (NAGA) is an organization that currently represents 1900 grazing leaseholders in Northern Alberta and has been in existence since the 1950's. These leaseholders have laboriously worked to develop and maintain functional and productive grasslands from the Crown.
NAGA assists leaseholders in advocating their rights to manage these leaselands for grazing purposes while promoting sustainable livestock practices, to be economically viable, and ensure the viability and sustainability of these grazing leaselands.
This association covers all areas in northern Alberta north of the North Saskatchewan River
